Chandigarh 13th June:--Haryana State Vigilance Bureau has caught two officials red handed while accepting illegal gratification.
While stating this here today,a spokesman of the Bureau said that Ashok Kumar Khatri, JE, DHVPN, Tigoan, district Faridabad has been caught red handed while accepting illegal gratification of Rs.Ten thousand from Mr.Mahesh Kumar Yadav of village Chandawali,district Faridabad in lieu of new electricity connection.
He said that Rajender Kumar, Patwari, Halqa Hansi, district Hisar has been caught red handed while accepting illegal gratification of Rs.five thousand from Mr.Rajesh Kumar of Kulana, district Hisar in lieu of the registration of Intqual of his plot.
He said that cases had been registered against both of them under Prevention of Corruption Act,1988 at the Bureau's Police Station,Gurgaon and Hisar respectively. Further investigation of the cases was in progress, he added
