Chandigarh Housing Board Employees chain hunger strike enters in 63rd day

Chandigarh 16^th June:--In the wake of four year of consistent efforts of Chandigarh Housing Board Employees to persuade Chandigarh Administration to have sympathetically considered the genuine demands of nearly 402 staff of Chandigarh Housing Board have not yielded any appreciable progress. So, to draw attention of decision Chandigarh Administration to fulfil our legitimate demand Chain Hunger Strike has been continued for another seven days up to 24.06.2013.

 

Today on 16.06.2013 'Chain Hunger Strike' staged by CHB employees entered in Day 62.  Another group of five CHB employee serv. Jagdamba Prashad,Shinder Pal Singh,Pawan Kumar Chauhan, Lekh Raj & Surinder Singh Rana sit in rotation on day long (24hr) hunger strike to register their protest for not implementing Pension Scheme to the employees of Chandigarh Housing Board decided by CHB in the year 2009.
