Chandigarh, June 30, 2023:-डालीगंज दिगम्बर जैन मंदिर में प्रवचन सभा में आचार्य श्री सुबल सागर जी महाराज ने कहा कि मानव जीवन में समय बहुत अनमोल है और जीवन का अनमोल समय धीरे-2 निकलता जा रहा है। हमें ज्ञान रना  होने के कारण हम पुरुषार्य भी करते हैं दिन रात लेकिन सच्ची सफलता प्राप्त नहीं हो पा रही है।

उन्होंने कहा कि पहले मार्ग पर करो श्रदान करो कि यही मार्ग हमें मंजिल प्राप्त करा सकता हैं। श्रदान के आभाव में हमारा सारा पुरुषार्थ व्यर्थ हो जाता है। हम अभिषेक, पूजा, स्वाध्याय आदि सभी क्रियाऐं करते है लेकिन कोई उपलब्धि नही है। क्रियाओं के इतने अधीन हो गए है कि क्या कर रहे हैं, क्यों कर रहे हैं. इसका फल क्या होगा जाने बिना ही करे जा रहे है।

 आचार्य श्री ने कहा कि अपने स्वरूप का ज्ञान हुए बिना इन क्रियांओं से कोई उपलब्धि 'मिलने वाली नहीं है। उपलब्धि का मतलब हमारे अंदर की कषाय का शमन शमन हो, इन्द्रियों के विषयों में जो आसक्ति है वह कुछ कम "होना चाहिए। भावों की निर्मलता से ही सुख प्राप्त हो सकता है।

उन्होंने कहा कि एक बार मेरा हाथ थाम लो मे विश्वास दिलाता हूँ कि तुम्हें संसार के दुःखों से दूर कर दूँगा। बस विश्वास तुम्हें करना पड़ेगा।

तुम्हारा कन्यान कही होगा तो जिनेन्द्र भगवान के शासन में ही होगा और सर्वत भगवान की वाणी सुनकर ही होगा। इसलिए मानव जीवन में एक-एक समय की कीमत करो यह कीमत ही तुम्हे समय अर्थात भगवान करा देगी

Chandigarh, June 30, 2023:-जीएम फाउंडेशन के प्रोडक्शन हाउस - ग्लोबल मिडास कैपिटल (जीएमसी) ने "कानपुर फाइल्स" नामक एक फिल्म बनाने की घोषणा की है। चंडीगढ़ प्रेस क्लब में आयोजित एक पत्रकार वार्ता में प्रोड्यूसर सरदार इंदर प्रीत सिंह ने आज कहा कि उनकी फिल्म 1984 के सिख नरसंहार की वास्तविक घटनाओं पर आधारित होगी। फिल्म का पूरा नाम 'द कानपुर फाइल्स- 1984 सिख जेनोसाइड' है। इस डॉक्यू-ड्रामा फिल्म में 1984 के दौरान उत्तर प्रदेश के कानपुर जिले में सिखों के खिलाफ हुए पूर्व नियोजित हमलों, सामूहिक हत्याओं, लूटपाट और हिंसक घटनाओं को तथ्यों, सबूतों, गवाहों और पीड़ितों के बयानों के साथ पर्दे पर लाया जाएगा। 

सरदार इंदर प्रीत सिंह ने कहा कि यह घटना बहुत ही दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण थी, लेकिन अफसोस की बात है कि इतने साल बीतने के बाद भी दोषियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई नहीं हुई और न ही पीड़ितों को न्याय मिला है। फिल्म 'कानपुर फाइल्स- 1984 सिख नरसंहार' की रिलीज डेट 31 अक्टूबर 2023 रहने की संभावना है। सरदार इंदर प्रीत सिंह का कहना है कि उनकी फिल्म लोकतांत्रिक अधिकारों, नागरिक स्वतंत्रता और मानवाधिकारों के लिए लड़ने वालों को एक मजबूत आधार प्रदान करेगी। इसके आधार पर, 1984 के सिख नरसंहार के पीड़ितों को न्याय दिलाने के लिए संयुक्त राष्ट्र में भी मामला उठाया जाएगा। 

उन्होंने कहा कि घटना के 35 साल बाद, 5 फरवरी, 2019 को पहली बार, कानपुर में 127 लोगों के सिख नरसंहार में शामिल लोगों को सजा दिलाने और पीड़ितों को न्याय दिलाने के लिए लगातार प्रयासों से एसआईटी का गठन संभव हो सका। लेकिन नरसंहार में अपना सब कुछ गंवाने वाले आज भी इंसाफ का इंतजार कर रहे हैं।

अखिल भारतीय दंगा पीड़ित राहत समिति 1984, के अध्यक्ष, सरदार कुलदीप सिंह भोगल, और सुप्रीम कोर्ट के वकील प्रसून कुमार ने भी प्रेस वार्ता में अपने विचार रखे। उन्होंने 1984 में कानपुर के सिख नरसंहार के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी।

इससे पहले, ग्लोबल मिडास कैपिटल (जीएमसी) ने 30 अक्टूबर 2022 को ग्लोबल मिडास फाउंडेशन (जीएमएफ) के सहयोग से निर्मित 3 घंटे की एक विस्तृत डॉक्यूमेंट्री जारी की थी, जिसका शीर्षक था "1984 - सिखों का नरसंहार, मानवता के खिलाफ अपराध"। डॉक्यूमेंट्री में 1984 के दिल्ली दंगों के पीड़ितों और उनके परिवार के सदस्यों, वकीलों और सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताओं के साक्षात्कार शामिल हैं, जिसके माध्यम से 31 अक्टूबर 1984 से 7 नवंबर 1984 के बीच दिल्ली, कानपुर और बोकारो में हुई घटनाओं को समझने का प्रयास किया गया है।

जीव का स्वभाव ज्ञान और दर्शन है जानने और देखने में हिंसा नहीं होती इसके बाद कुछ करने का विचार ही हिंसा है! 

अगर कोई पर जीव को मार रहा है तो क्या यह धर्म है ? धर्म तो पीड़ा /दर्द को दूर करने वाला होता है दया ही धर्म है ! सबका कल्याण हो सब जीव सुखी हो सबका भला हो, कोई दुखी ना हो, सबके के प्रति दया वृत्ति के भाव होना ही धर्म है! 

भारत की भूमि अहिंसा प्रधान भूमि हे हमारी अहिंसा भारत देश से बाहर विदेशों देशों कैसे फेले सके इसका प्रयास करना, चाहिए! महात्मा गांधी जी ने एकमात्र अहिंसा के माध्यम से ही देश को आजाद कराया था धन का बढ़ना ही उन्नति नहीं है। परिणामों /भावों का अहिंसा रूप हो हो जाना ही धर्म और धन की उन्नति है। यह जानकारी श्री धर्म बहादुर जैन जी ने दी।

Chandigarh, June 29, 2023:-चंडीगढ़ महिला कांग्रेस की अध्यक्ष दीपा दुबे ने कहा कि शहर में पहली बार ऐसा देखने को मिला है कि शहर का हर एक कोना पानी से भरा हुआ मिला चाहे बात हो अस्पताल की   स्कूलों की शहर के चौराहों की बात करें रोड गलियों की नगर निगम के अधिकारी करोड़ों के टेंडर शहर की रोड गलियां को साफ करने के लिए हर साल नगर निगम मे लगती है। लेकिन क्यों नहीं रोड गलियां ठेकेदार द्वारा ठीक ढंग से साफ की जाती। इसकी जांच करवाई जाए और जिस ठेकेदार को शहर की रोड गलियां साफ करने का ठेका दिया गया है उससे तुरंत ठेका वापस लिया जाए। 

दुबे ने कहा कि शहर की जनता नगर निगम को टैक्स दे रही है उन्हें जनता के टैक्स के दिए हुए पैसों से करोड़ों रुपए के लागत के इक्विपमेंट पब्लिक हेल्थ विभाग द्वारा हर साल लिए जाते हैं लेकिन करोड़ों रुपए टैक्स के रूप में देने के बाद भी शहर की जनता आज पानी पानी हो गई।

Chandigarh, June 29, 2023:-वन संरक्षण के बारे में जागरूकता फैलाने और वृक्षारोपण अभियान के साथ पर्यावरण को बचाने के लिए लुधियाना क्लब, यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के सहयोग से हीरो साइकिल द्वारा संचालित "इंटर स्कूल पेंटिंग प्रतियोगिता" का आयोजन कर रहा है।  इस प्रतियोगिता का विषय "ग्रीन लुधियाना - पर्यावरण क्रांति की शुरुआत मातृभूमि की हरियाली" है।

हम अपने समाज में पेड़ और जंगल के महत्व के बारे में जागरूकता फैलाने के लिए लुधियाना के स्कूली छात्रों को इस ड्राइंग प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने के लिए आमंत्रित करते हैं। 

प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने के लिए 3 अलग-अलग श्रेणियों यानी सब- कक्षा 4 और 5वीं, जूनियर कक्षा 6वीं से 8वीं और सीनियर कक्षा 9वीं से 12वीं में आयोजित की जा रही है।

चंडीगढ़ ग्रेन मार्केट एसोसिएशन जिनमें अधिकतर ट्रेडर्स, रिटेलर व होलसेलर हैं ने सेक्टर 26 की ग्रेन मार्केट के ट्रेडर्स के मुद्दों जिनमें यदि किसी सामान, लाये जा रहे सामान के बिल इत्यादि के विषय में पूछताछ या जानकारी प्रशासन के कर्मचारियों को लेनी हो, तो उसके लिए शहर के एंट्री पॉइंट्स पर  ही चैकिंग कर ली जायें जिससे पूछताछ करते समय ग्रेन मार्केट में ट्रेफिक जाम की समस्या से छुटकारा पाया जा सके
सड़कों की रेकारपेटिंग जो पिछले 1 साल से जारी है, और खत्म होने का नाम नहीं ले रही इस काम को जल्दी से जल्दी पूरा करवाया जाए।

Kashvee, a BA student at Guru Gobind Singh College, Sector 26, has been representing the Chandigarh team since the inception of UTCA. Apart from excelling in UTCA Domestic and BCCI Domestic matches, Kashvee impressed selectors with her fitness and performance at the NCA Under-23 Camp held at Alur (Bangalore) from May 14 to June 8, which earned her a place in the Indian team. Sharing her experience of the two week-long tournament, Kashvi said that there was an exchange of ideas and games with the associate teams as well as strong teams like Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. She said that most of the players in the Indian team were from the ICC Under-19 Women's World Cup played under Shifali Verma in South Africa. Practicing and playing matches with senior players Shweta Sehrawat, Soumya Tiwari, Parushi Chopra and others has taught her a lot in sharpening her game.

Earlier, Kashvee got her first international exposure by representing the Trailblazers team in the Women's T20 Challengers Cup held in Dubai in the year 2020.

आचार्य सुबल सागर जी महाराज ने आगे कहा कि त्याग तो पर वस्तु का होता है अपनी वस्तु का त्याग होता नहीं है, आत्मोत्थान के लिए आत्मा को अपने स्वभाव में आना होगा और जीव का स्वभाव आना और देखना है मात्र लेकिन जीव के इस स्वभाव का अभाव नहीं बे ढका हुआ प्रगट नहीं । उसे प्रकट करने के लिए आत्मा को पर वस्तुओं का त्याग करते हुए निज सवभाव को प्राप्त करने का भगवान को प्राप्त करने का पुरुषार्थ करना होगा । भगवान की भक्ति आराधना करने से हममें भी वह शक्ति प्रगट है जिसमें हम भी भगवान बन सकते हैं।

भगवान की पूजा का फल कभी खाली नहीं जाता जो कर्म सत्ता में पड़े हैं कई जन्मों के, कई वर्षों के वे सिद्ध भगवान की आराधना करने से कट जा रहे। इसलिए प्यारे बंधुओं जब तक इस शरीर में शवास है तब तक सिद्धों की आराधना करते रहना अगर ऐसा कर पाए तो तुम्हारे सुखों से कोई दूर नही रह सकता । सिद्धों की आराधना करने से इस लोक में तो सुख मिलता ही है और परलोक में भी सुख मिलता है।

आम आदमी पार्टी कभी भी उचित मंच पर जनता के उचित मुद्दों को नहीं उठाती है: राजीव शर्मा

चंडीगढ़ कांग्रेस ने आज यहाँ आम आदमी पार्टी के एक प्रैस वार्ता में दिए गए बयान की कड़ी आलोचना करते हुए इसे भाजपा के साथ अपनी गुप्त सांठगांठ को छुपाने के लिए चंडीगढ़ के लोगों को गुमराह करने का एक और प्रयास बताया है।

यहां जारी एक बयान में चंडीगढ़ कांग्रेस के प्रवक्ता राजीव शर्मा ने आरोप लगाया कि आम आदमी पार्टी के पार्षदों ने नए प्रोसेसिंग प्लांट लगाने का मुद्दा सही मायनों में निगम के सदन में कभी उठाया ही नहीं। यहां तक कि जब इस एजेंडे पर चर्चा के लिए सदन की बैठक बुलाई गई थी तब भी उन्होंने इस प्लांट के ख़िलाफ़ एक शब्द नहीं बोला। इसके बाद में उन्होंने सदन की बैठक में शहर को शर्मसार करने वाला गाली गलौच करके भाजपा की ही मदद की, जिसके कारण उसके दो पार्षदों को बाहर कर दिया गया और बाद में अन्य पार्षद भी बाहर चले गए। भाजपा और आम आदमी पार्टी की इस मिलीभगत का नतीजा यह हुआ कि सदन की बैठक को भाजपा ने हाईजैक कर लिया और कांग्रेस के 7 पार्षदों को भाजपा के मेयर और उनके अन्य पार्षदों के अलोकतांत्रिक रवैये के चलते इस महत्वपूर्ण एजेंडे पर बहस करने की इजाज़त नहीं मिली। 

प्रवक्ता ने आगे आरोप लगाया कि जब यूटी प्रशासक बनवारी लाल पुरोहित ने कांग्रेस पार्टी की मांग पर इस नए कचरा प्रसंस्करण संयंत्र की स्थापना पर बहस करने के लिए पार्षदों की बैठक बुलाई, तो आम आदमी पार्टी के पार्षदों ने प्रस्ताव के खिलाफ कोई मुद्दा नहीं उठाया और उनके एक भी पार्षद ने डडूमाजरा में प्लांट लगाए जाने के ख़िलाफ़ एक शब्द भी नहीं बोला और सारा समय प्रशासक के तर्कों  से सहमत जताते रहे। 

कांग्रेस प्रवक्ता ने आगे कहा कि आम आदमी पार्टी  कभी भी उचित मंच पर उचित मुद्दों को नहीं उठाती है और बाद में मीडिया के सामने आकर लोगों को गुमराह करने की कोशिश करती है। 

कांग्रेस प्रवक्ता ने आगे आरोप लगाया कि आम आदमी पार्टी की नीतियां विकास विरोधी है क्योंकि वह सभी जन-समर्थक और प्रगतिशील कार्यक्रमों में बाधा डाल रही है। 

इस संर्दभ में कांग्रेस प्रवक्ता ने प्रस्तावित कचरा प्रसंस्करण संयंत्र के गुण और दोषों का पता लगाने के लिए गोवा के स्टडी टूर में कांग्रेस पार्षदों के शामिल होने पर आपत्ति जताने के लिए आम आदमी पार्टी की आलोचना की। उन्होंने कहा कि कांग्रेस पार्षद चंडीगढ़ के वातावरण का संज्ञान लेते हुए इस प्रस्तावित प्रसंस्करण संयंत्र की प्रभावशीलता और उपयुक्तता का बारीकी से अध्ययन करने के लिए वहां गए हैं और जब वे वापस आएंगे तो इस संयंत्र के गुण दोषों के बारे में अपनी स्पष्ट एवं ईमानदार राय दे पाएंगे ।

आज इस कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ ब्लॉक अध्यक्ष सुखविंदर सिंह के आवास पर बैठक कर किया गया। चंडीगढ़ सेक्टर 29 में स्थानीय निवासियों से बात करते हुए चंडीगढ़ कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष एच एस लक्की ने कहा कि मोदी के नेतृत्व वाली भाजपा सरकार अपने वादों को पूरा करने में विफल रही है। आज आम आदमी ठगा हुआ महसूस कर रहा है। महंगाई, बेरोजगारी और बर्बाद अर्थव्यवस्था की मार आम आदमी पर पड़ी है। स्थानीय स्तर पर भाजपा नेतृत्व वाली नगर निगम की विफलता का खामियाजा शहरवासियों को भी भुगतना पड़ रहा है। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि चंडीगढ़ कांग्रेस प्रत्येक निवासी तक पहुंचेगी।

शहर के बारे में उनके विचारों और अपेक्षाओं को सुनेंने के साथ साथ उनका कैसे हल निकाला जाए इस पर भी मंथन करेगी।

2024 में कांग्रेस के घोषणापत्र की सामग्री पर भी उनकी सलाह ली जाएगी ।

सम गोत्र विवाह को अवैध घोषित किया जाए: रमेश दलाल

Chandigarh, June 28, 2023:- भारत भूमि बचाओ संघर्ष समिति के अध्यक्ष रमेश दलाल के नेतृत्व में एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव राजेश खुल्लर से वार्ता करने आज चंडीगढ़ पहुंचा। यह वार्ता सम गोत्र विवाह को अवैध घोषित करने के लिए हरियाणा में चल रहे जन आंदोलन की भावनाओ के अनुरूप निर्धारित की गई थी। कल आसौदा में रेल रोको आंदोलन के तहत रमेश दलाल की एक प्रमुख मांग सम गोत्र विवाह को अवैध करार देने के लिए कानून में संशोधन करने की हरियाणा सरकार से मांग की गई थी। कल झज्जर उपायुक्त शक्ति सिंह ने मुख्यमंत्री से रमेश दलाल और समाज के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ 1 सप्ताह में मुख्यमंत्री से वार्ता करवाने का आश्वासन दिया था। उसके बाद कल ही मुख्यमंत्री ने इस संदर्भ में वार्ता करने के लिए हरियाणा सरकार के  वरिष्ठ अधिकारी राजेश खुल्लर को यह जिम्मेवारी सौंपी थी। इसी संदर्भ रमेश दलाल के नेतृत्व में एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल राजेश खुल्लर से वार्ता करने  पंचकूला पहुंचा। आज हरियाणा सरकार  और रमेश दलाल के बीच यह चर्चा हुई की समगोत्र  विवाह से रिश्ते में बहन भाई आपस में न्यायलय के माध्यम से शादी कर रहे है। जिसके कारण हरियाणा की संस्कृति तो नष्ट हो ही रही हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त ऐसे मामलो को वजह से खूनी जंग भी दो परिवारों में आरंभ हो जाती है। रमेश दलाल ने बताया कि सम गोत्र के मामले में कानूनी खामी की वजह से समाज में भारी बुराई फेल रही हैं। वार्ता में दोनों पक्षों ने खुलकर सम गोत्र विवाह से फैल रही सामाजिक कुरीतियों के बारे में गहन चर्चा की। इस मीटिंग में राजेश खुल्लर ने रमेश दलाल  और प्रतिनिधिमंडल को भरोसा दिया कि वह इस संदर्भ में मुख्यमंत्री को संपूर्ण तथ्यों से अवगत करवाएंगे। राजेश खुल्लर ने कहा की  मुख्यमंत्री सम गोत्र विवाद जैसे जैसे मुद्दे पर कोई अंतिम फैसला लेंगे। राजेश खुल्लर ने रमेश दलाल को यह भी भरोसा दिया की सम गोत्र विवाह को अवैध करवाने के मामले में मुख्यमंत्री जल्दी ही रमेश दलाल और प्रतिनिधिमंडल की एक मीटिंग बुलाएंगे। वार्ता के बाद रमेश दलाल ने पत्रकारों को बताया कि सरकार की तरफ से नियुक्त वरिष्ठ अधिकारी राजेश खुल्लर और उनके बीच खुलकर सौहार्दपूर्ण बैठक हुई। रमेश दलाल ने आशा व्यक्त की कि 14 साल से सभी खापों  की तरफ से यह मांग की जा रही थी कि सम गोत्र विवाह को अवैध करार दिया जाए। अब रमेश दलाल ने आशा व्यक्त की कि अब जरूर हरियाणा सरकार विधानसभा में कानून के माध्यम सम गोत्र विवाह पर रोक लगाएगी। प्रतिनिधिमंडल में आसौदा बारह के प्रधान कपूर सिंह दलाल, ओम सिंह मांडोठी, चांदराम भुपनिया, सतपाल मेहंदीपुर, जयप्रकाश मंडोरा, ईश्वर तुर्कपुर, कुंवर सिंह, सुरेंद्र दहिया, आनंद भड़क, जिला पार्षद जयदेव रोहतक, सतबीर सरपंच गिरनावाठी इत्यादि उपस्थित थे।

Woman with Urethral Tumour Gets Second Lease of Life after Robot-Aided

A 26-year-old woman, suffering from a rare disease known as Urethral Leiomyoma, got a second lease of life after she was treated at Fortis Hospital Mohali with the world's most advanced 4th Generation Robot – Da Vinci Xi. Urethral Leiomyoma – an extremely rare condition is when a fibroid arises from the smooth muscle of the urethra in women(urine pipe connecting the urinary bladder to the posterior).

Dr Rohit Dadhwal, Consultant, Department of Urology, Andrology and Robotic Surgery, Fortis Hospital Mohali, said that the tumour was situated deep in the pelvis and required robot-assisted surgery. The Patient was undergoing a challenging time due to obstruction in her urine flow, recurrent urinary tract infections, increased frequency and nocturia (increased frequency to urinate at night). She was taking treatment from a local hospital but after her condition failed to improve, she approached Fortis hospital Mohali.

He added that medical investigations, including an MRI, revealed that the Patient had a mass originating from her urethra and it was exerting pressure on her urinary bladder. As this mass was localized, the most viable option was to remove it surgically. However, it posed a serious challenge as the mechanism to control the urine is present at this site in women. And, any damage to the mechanism could have resulted in severe urinary incontinence (leakage of urine)", the doctor said.

Following careful assessment, the team of doctors led by Dr Dadhwal performed Robot-assisted excision of urethral tumor with bladder neck repair. The Patient had a smooth post-operative recovery and was discharged two days after the surgery. She was able to walk on the next day of the surgery and is leading a normal life today.

Dr Dadhwal, said that Leiomyoma or fibroids commonly occur in the female genital organs like uterus and vagina. Having such a tumour in the urinary tract is extremely rare and less than 40 cases of urethral leiomyoma have been described in literature. Although open and laparoscopic techniques have been used in the past for its excision, only a handful of centres in the world have been able to remove it via Robot-aided Surgery. It is the latest form of minimally-invasive surgery and provides a 3D view of the operative field via a special camera inserted into the body of the patient. Parts of the body which are difficult to reach with the human hand can be accessed through robot-assisted arms that can rotate 360 degrees.

Skoda Auto- Latest Study Reveals 9 out of 10 Customers in India Want Cars with a safety Rating

Chandigarh, June 28, 2023:- A study was conducted among customers to gauge their feature preferences, when it comes to choosing a personal car. The survey was commissioned by Škoda Auto India and conducted by NIQ BASES. It revealed a heavy inclination among customers towards the safety features of the car with 9 out of 10 customers who thought all cars in India should have a safety rating. Crash-ratings and number of airbags were the top two features driving the consumer car purchase decision as derived from the survey results. Fuel-efficiency, one of the popular features, occupied third place.

 About 67% of the respondents consisted of current car owners who owned a car above Rs 5 lakh. Some 33% did not own a car, but intended to purchase one above Rs 5 lakh within a year. The survey was conducted on individuals between 18 and 54 years of age in the SEC A and B bracket, with 80% respondents being male, and 20% female.

 The car's crash rating was the top driver of customer car purchase decision with an importance score of 22.3% followed by number of airbags with an importance score of 21.6%. Fuel efficiency emerged as the third most important driver with importance score of 15.0% when purchasing a car. 

When it comes to crash rating for cars, maximum customer preference of 22.2% was observed for a 5-star rating followed closely by 21.3% preference for a 4-star rating. Crash rating of zero is the least preferred with only 6.8% score.

While the awareness about existence of 2 sets of 5-star safety ratings on crash tests is high at about 76%, only about 30% of all customers in India identify child/rear occupants safety rating as being one of those two sets.

We have an over 50-year legacy with crash-tests and safety. And since 2008, every Škoda car has been crash-tested globally, and in India, with a 5-star safety rating. The survey reveals Škoda to be perceived as among the top-3 brands having models with high safety ratings. With India's rapidly growing infrastructure, and the upcoming proposals for India's own crash-testing standards, it is heartening to see consumers being aware of and demanding safety. This is the right way forward. And Škoda will continue focusing on these values to grow the brand in the Indian market.

Amrita Srivastava, Regional Director (APMEA),BASES Speciality Sales, NIQ BASES, said that the survey, which was done using NIQ BASES solution - FPO (Feature Price Optimiser) based on discrete choice methodology, revealed that the customer places the safety feature of 'Crash Rating' among the tested features(1), at the forefront of their purchasing criteria. Our Feature Price Optimiser  (FPO) leverages customer choices to understand their purchase behavior and trade-offs that they are willing to make. The survey covered 1,000 people in 10 states across India. The states covered were Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh/Telangana, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Delhi, West Bengal and Uttar Pradesh.

Alejandro Furas, Secretary General Global NCAP said that since 2014 Global NCAP has been encouraging a market shift in India for safer cars. We have been delighted with the positive response from consumers and the impact this has had on accelerating automaker safety design improvements. This recent survey demonstrates that consumers see safety as a priority in making a purchasing decision. A strong market indicator that safety sells cars as well as saving lives." 

With a major focus on safety from the Government of India and other regulators, the study was conducted to gauge the perception of safety in cars among consumers. The survey went about tracking the features which were the most discriminating in driving consumer choice. And the position of safety in this list of features. The interview flow consisted of screening questions, followed by an explanation of features and a virtual shopping exercise where customers were asked to pick and choose the most preferred concept consisting of different features The survey also had few additional questions on which direct customer responses were captured to understand their awareness/sentiments on some safety related aspects/initiatives.

नुक्कड़ नाटक के माध्यम से ड्रग एब्यूज पर शहरवासियों को किया जागरूक

Mohali, June 26, 2023:-फोर्टिस अस्पताल, मोहाली की बेहवीयरल एंड मेंटल हेल्थ साइंसेज टीम ने आज यहां नशीली दवाओं की लत पर एक नुक्कड़ नाटक का आयोजन किया। यह आयोजन हर साल 26 जून को इंटरनेशनल डे अगेंस्ट ड्रग एब्यूज एंड इल्लिसाइट ट्रैफिकिंग के रूप में मनाया जाता है। इस वर्ष के आयोजन का विषय है "पीपल फर्स्ट: स्टॉप स्टिग्मा एंड डिस्क्रिमिनेशन, स्ट्रेंथन प्रीवेंशन है।"

ओपीडी परिसर में प्रस्तुत यह नाटक फोर्टिस हॉस्पिटल के साइकेट्रिस्ट विभाग के सीनियर कंसल्टेंट डॉ. हरदीप सिंहबीके नेतृत्व में आयोजित किया गया था। नाटक का  मंचन फोर्टिस मोहाली से जुड़े विभिन्न संस्थानों के पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट इंटर्न द्वारा किया गया। क्लिनिकल साइकोलॉजिस्ट डॉ. परनीत सिद्धू ने नाटक और हास्य के माध्यम से नशीली दवाओं के दुष्प्रभाव के बारे में जागरूकता पैदा करने के लिए नाटक का कॉर्डिनेशन किया।

डॉ. हरदीप ने कहा, "नुक्कड़ नाटक ड्रग एब्यूज से जुड़े विभिन्न मिथकों को तोड़ने और पीड़ितों (नशे का आदी और उनके परिवारों) को उचित उपचार लेने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करने का एक प्रयास था। मुख्य विचार यह बताना है कि लत किसी भी अन्य पुरानी बीमारी की तरह एक बीमारी है और इसके लिए सहायता सदैव उपलब्ध है।''

अधिकांश समय, जैसा कि देखा गया है, नशे के आदी लोगों को या तो बिना इलाज के छोड़ दिया जाता है या 3-6 महीने के लिए विभिन्न हिरासत केंद्रों में छोड़ दिया जाता है, यह दावा करते हुए कि यह नशा मुक्ति केंद्र है, जबकि वहां कोई मानसिक स्वास्थ्य पेशेवर नहीं होता है।

उन्होंने बताया कि अगर ठीक से इलाज किया जाए तो नशे की लत के शिकार ज़्यादातर लोग सामान्य जीवन जी सकते हैं। इसके लिए, परिवारों और समाज को, बड़े पैमाने पर, अपनी धारणा बदलनी होगी - यह सिर्फ एक सामाजिक बुराई या बुरी आदत नहीं है, यह एक बीमारी है।

चण्डीगढ़ में ज़ोनल लैवल इंगलिश मीडियम सन्त निरंकारी समागम आयोजित

Chandigarh,June 26, 2023:-सन्त निरंकारी सत्संग भवन सैक्टर 30-ए में  ज़ोनल लैवल इंगलिश मीडियम सन्त समागम का आयोजन किया गया। सत्गुरू माता सुदीक्षा जी महाराज के सन्देश को चण्डीगढ़ के अतिरिक्त 15 अन्य ब्रान्चों के नौजवानों ने स्पीच, ग्रुप सांग, स्किट आदि द्वारा प्रस्तुत किया गया।

                इस अवसर पर बहन नेहा आनन्द जी , अमृतसर ने  थ्री डी का ज़िक्र करते हुए कहा कि ब्रहमज्ञान की प्राप्ति के बाद जब गुरसिक्ख सत्संग-सेवा-सिमरन करने लगता है तो उसकी दृष्टि में बदलाव आने लग जाता है, फिर धीरे-धीरे उसकी दिशा भी ठीक होने लगती है। जिससे उसका ध्यान इस सर्वव्यापी परमात्मा व सत्गुरू के प्रति परिपक्व होता चला जाता है । 

                बहन आनन्द ने आगे कहा कि सत्गुरू बाबा गुरबचन सिंह जी महाराज ने वर्ष 1973 से इंगलिश मीडियम सत्संग की शुरुआत की थी । वर्तमान युग में संसार के अधिकतर 100 देशों में इंगलिश भाषा का अनुसरण किया जाता है । सत्गुरू क्योंकि दूरदर्शी होते हैं इसलिए आज से 50 वर्ष पहले ही सत्गुरू ने इंगलिश मीडियम सत्संग का आयोजन शुरू करवा दिया जिससे कि यह ब्रहमज्ञान संसार के कोने-कोने में पहुंचाया जा सके। 

                बहन आनन्द ने अपने प्रवचनों में यह भी बताया कि उन्होंने एन.वाई.एस. में सत्गुरू माता सुदीक्षा जी से यह प्रश्न पूछा था कि आने वाले 20 वर्षों में आप जी सन्त निरंकारी मिशन का भविष्य क्या देखते हैं । इसके उत्तर में सत्गुरू माता जी ने कहा कि आने वाले 20 वर्षो में संसार के हर देश में सन्त निरंकारी मिशन का अनुयायी होंगे ।

                नौजवानों ने एक स्किट के द्वारा भ्रम-भुलेखे और दिखावे बारे सत्गुरू माता जी के प्रवचनों की चर्चा करते हुए कहा कि ब्रहमज्ञान की प्राप्ति मानुष जन्म का अन्त नहीं बल्कि एक भ्रम-मुक्त जीवन की शुरूआत है जिसमें दिखावे के लिए कोई जगह नहीं है । सत्गुरू ने ब्रहमज्ञान प्रदान कर हमारे लिए व्यवहारिक अध्यात्मिकता के द्वार खोल दिए हैं ।

Summer Kids Camp Grand Finale Held

Mohali, June 26, 2023:-The grand finale of Summer Kids Camp Season 2.0 at Wyndham Club,  Mohali witnessed a plethora of activities, which were enjoyed by the children in an ambience of usual fervour and enthusiasm much to the amazement and happiness of their parents and guardians.

The concluding ceremony of the 24-day long camp included swimming, Bhangra, Bollywood dance, magic show, fitness, Zumba, aerobics, and yoga. The special attraction of the event was aqua Zumba. About 60 kids participated in the grand finale event.

Yadvinder Singh, CEO, Star Biz India Entertainment, said that Summer Kids Camp is a flagship initiative which is organized under the aegis of his company where children are taught about the importance of being fit and staying so, in order that so that they do well in studies and there is an all round development of their personality.

Yadvinder Singh said that all the activities were done under the supervision of qualified coaches and trainers. Focus of the camp was giving children a refreshing feeling along with a memorable experience with an aim of fun along with fitness.

Angad Makkar, MD, Wyndham, who was the Chief Guest, on the occasion, said that this was the only camp in the tricity which saw swimming along with Aqua Zumba for kids . All the activities were done in an air-conditioned environment and the pool was also indoor and temperature regulated.

Special Guests who graced the event included Balreet Maan, fitness influencer and trainer;Tripat Singh, fitness influencer; Prince Bhatia, Mr Universe, Mr India and Mr World.        

 Yadvinder Singh in his concluding remarks said that our next big venture at Wyndham Club is KFT - Kids Fitness Training – program which is starting July 1, 2023, this will be a scientific fitness training model for kids.

It was supported by the Amity University Punjab NSS, renowned for health and wellness-related events. The day was filled with excitement and numerous activities that left a lasting impression on the participants. Gym activities were organized by Powerhouse Gym, Mohali.

 

The event commenced with the National Anthem, which filled the air with a sense of patriotism and unity. श्री श्याम करुणा फाउंडेशन ने लगाया भंडारा

श्री श्याम करुणा फ़ाउंडेशन के संस्थापक एवं प्रधान सेवादार, अमिताभ रूंगटा ने इस अवसर पर कहा कि वह बेसहारा और बेघर गायों तथा समाज के निम्न आय वर्ग की मदद के लिए सदैव तत्पर रहते हैं। गायों के इलाज व देखरेख के लिए उन्होंने क्षेत्र में एक समर्पित गौशाला की व्यवस्था की है, जहां उनके चारे-पानी और चिकित्सा का उचित प्रबंध किया गया है।  

संस्था की ओर से यह 65वां भंडारा था, जिसके लिए एक वैन में भोजन वितरण की व्यवस्था की गई थी।

गर्मी की छुटियों के लम्बे समय क़ो मनोरंजक एवं रोचक बनाने के उद्देशय से शहर की प्रसिद्द सांस्कृतिक संस्था प्राचीन कला केंद्र दवारा हर वर्ष की तरह इस वर्ष भी केंद्र के सेक्टर 71 स्थित परिसर में लगभग एक माह की  ग्रीष्मकालीन कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया इस कार्यशाला में 5  से 15 साल तक के लगभग 30  बच्चों क़ो चंडीगढ़ के युवा एवं प्रतिभाशाली रंगमंच कलाकार ऋषभ शर्मा ने रंगमंच से जुडी गतिविधियों की जानकारी देने के साथ साथ डायलॉगे  डिलीवरी , ड्रामा से जुडी अन्य महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी देकर बच्चो का मनोबल  बढ़ाने एवं मंच प्रदर्शन की जानकारी भी दी गयी।  

इस कार्यक्रम का आयोजन डॉ शोभा कौसर सभागार में सायं 5  बजे से केंद्र के मोहाली काम्प्लेक्स किया गया ।

 

इस कार्यशाला का निर्देशन युवा कलाकार ऋषभ शर्मा  द्वारा किया गया। जो कि एक प्रतिभाशाली थियेटर कलाकार है। बचपन से ही थियेटर में रूचि रखने वाले ऋषभ  वीर बहादुर पूर्वांचल यूनिवर्सिटी से पीएचडी  कर रहे हैं और इन्होने  थियेटर अलंकार से थिएटर सीखा  और अपनी इस कला क़ो विकसित किया । ऋषभ ने बहुत से नुक्कड़ नाटकों में अपनी प्रतिभा का प्रदर्शन किया है और इसके अलावा अलंकार  थियेटर   में बतौर फैकल्टी भी अपनी सेवाएं दे रहे हैं  । इन्होने बहुत से स्कूल कॉलेज में अपनी इस कला का प्रदर्शन करने के साथ साथ इसको सीखने में भी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका अदा कर रहे हैं।  

कार्यक्रम का आरम्भ एक मस्ती भरे गीत से किया गया जिस में छोटे बच्चों ने डांस के साथ साथ  अपने मस्ती भरे अंदाज़ क़ो  भी बहुत ख़ूबसूरती से पेश किया उपरांत बच्चों दवारा नाटक "अँधेरी नगरी चौपट राजा " पेश किया गया जिस में हमारे देश में चल रहे राजनितिक सिस्टम पर व्यंग किया गया और साथ ही साथ अपने देश में रह कर अपने देश के विकास में योगदान देने के विचार को भी पेश किया गया।  युवा पीड़ी में विदेश जाने के बढ़ते चलन को देश में ही रह कर अपने देश में विकास ने नए आयाम लाने की सोच को भी इस नाटक के द्वारा दर्शाया गया।  

कार्यक्रम का समापन पर सभी बच्चों ने  नृत्य पेश किया जिसने दर्शकों का मन मोह लिया।  अंत में  केंद्र की रजिस्ट्रार डॉ. शोभा कोसर ने बच्चों क़ो सर्टिफिकेट प्रदान किये और साथ ही  बच्चों और टीचर्स की प्रशंसा भरे शब्दों से हौसलाअफ़ज़ाई की।

Chandigarh, June 25, 2023:-राजीव गांधी कांग्रेस भवन में अध्यक्ष एच एस लक्की, जिला कांग्रेस शहरी 3 के अध्यक्ष बंटी नारंग उनकी कार्यकारणी की घोषणा के बाद पदो की जिम्मेदारी देते हुए हरमोहिंदर सिंह लक्की ने आने वाले लोकसभा के चुनाव के मद्दे नजर सदस्यों की राय जानी।मीटिंग में सभी ने चुनाव को किस तरह जीतने, कौन कौन सी कमियों को दूर करने सहित तमाम बातों पर मंथन हुआ। सुझाव में सोशल मीडिया की मजबूती, नए लोगों को पार्टी के साथ जोड़ना, सभी समुदायों में आपसी तालमेल बिठाने, कांग्रेस की जो अब तो देश से लेकर चंडीगढ़ के लिए किए कामों को, भाजपा की पिछले नौ सालों की नाकामियों को उजागर करने सहित बहुत सी बातों को मीटिंग के रहा गया। बूथ कमेटियां बनाने से लेकर अहम जिम्मेदारियां देने तक की बातों के लिए विचार विमर्श हुआ। सभी ने अपने सेक्टर, वार्ड, कालोनी व गांव आदि के मुख्य मुद्दे जनता तक ले जाने की बात की। लक्की ने कहा की बीजेपी ने देश में जिस तरह नफरत का माहौल बनाया है, झूठे बोलकर देश की जनता को गुमराह किया जा रहा है उस से देश को बचाने के लिए राहुल गांधी मोहाब्त का पैगाम लेकर यात्रा कर रहे है, आज राहुल गांधी महिलाओं, युवाओं, गरीबों की आवाज बन चुके है। राहुल गांधी को देश का  भविष्य के रूप में देख रहे है। चंडीगढ़ में कांग्रेस पूरी योजना के साथ पूरे दमखम से चुनाव लडेगी और जीतेगी। बंटी नारंग ने कहा की चंडीगढ़ कांग्रेस का मजबूत संगठन, वरिष्ठ व अनुभवी नेताओं की परामर्श, जमीनी स्तर पर जुड़े कार्यकर्ताओं में भारी जोश इस बात का गवाह है कि कांग्रेस 2024 का लोकसभा का चुनाव भारी मतों से जीतने जा रही है। कांग्रेस में पहली बार इस तरह की मीटिंग्स करके एक एक नेता से उसकी परामर्श, सुझाव और तजुर्बे को अहमियत देते हुए चुनाव की रणनीति बना रही है छोटे से लेकर बड़े हर वर्ग की दिक्कतों, सुझावों को तवाजों देगी। मीटिंग में ने अपने अपने सुझाव दिए आगे भी तरह की मीटिंग जारी रहेगी।

कांग्रेस ने मौली जागरां में बढ़ते क्राइम, हत्याओं,नशा के खिलाफ निकाला कैंडल लाइट मार्च

Chandigarh, June 25, 2023:-दो दिन पहले एक युवा लड़के सौरभ की हत्या के विरोध में चंडीगढ़ कांग्रेस ने आज चंडीगढ़ के मौली जागरण कॉलोनी के विकास नगर में कैंडल लाइट मार्च निकाला।

कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष एच एस लक्की पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेताओं के साथ सौरव के परिवार से मिले और कहा की आज इस दुख की घड़ी में पार्टी उनके साथ खड़ी है और परिवार को आश्वासन दिया की परिवार को किसी भी तरह की कानूनी मदद पार्टी देगी। आगे लक्की ने कहा कि मौलीजागरां में कानून व्यवस्था की स्थिति अच्छी नहीं है। उन्होंने अन्य वरिष्ठ कांग्रेस नेताओं के साथ इलाके के डीएसपी और एस एच ओ से मुलाकात की और उन्हें स्थिति से अवगत कराया और उनसे आरोपियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई करने और कॉलोनी में अपराध पर नियंत्रण करने की अपील की।  चंडीगढ़ पुलिस के अधिकारियों ने कांग्रेस नेताओं को जल्द कार्रवाई का आश्वासन दिया और कहा कि पहले ही कई लोगों को हिरासत में लिया जा चुका है। 

मार्च में मौजूद कांग्रेस नेताओं में मुकेश राय, विनोद शर्मा, दीपा दुबे, यादविंदर मेहता, धर्मवीर, सोनिया जायसवाल, रवि ठाकुर और विनय मिश्रा आदि शामिल थे।

Family Walkathon Held at DLF City Centre

Chandigarh, June 25, 2023:- A Family Walkathon, was organized by DLF City Centre in Chandigarh. The walkathon was flagged off by Narinder Lubana, Municipal Councillor and Niraj Kumar from DLF City Centre management. The walkathon received an encouraging response, recording a participation of nearly 300 tricity residents. Families including kids joined the event aimed at raising awareness about safeguarding the environment by adopting eco-friendly lifestyle practices.

The Walkathon was flagged-off from DLF City Centre Mall under three time slot categories - 15 mins, 30 mins and 45 mins with an earmarked route for the walking enthusiasts. The number of steps taken by participants were recorded through an app. The theme was centred around individuals acting as climate warriors to contribute towards a Sustainable Future.
 
Not just the walk but several exciting activities such as Zumba, special family carnival, art and craft etc were also held to mark the occasion.

The event also saw the presence of celebrities. The cast and crew of web series 'Drisyam 4' directed by Rveer was present. The web series is being presented by Kamerock Films and Boomax App. There was a live performance of the series original song by Aman Danoda, Roop Kaur and Harman Khan. RJ Vandita and stand-up comedian Jr Rinku Bhabi also regaled the audience.  A lucky draw was also held, and the winner was awarded a Tata Stryder cycle.

The walkathon received support from Shoutlo, HopUp Chandigarh, Pantaloon DLF City Centre, Creation Gems, Vivo India Punjab, Lakme Saloon Mohali, Sports Saga, Big FM India, Chitraarth Photography, Aashman Foundation, Ivy Healthcare, and Dr Batra's Healthcare.

विश्व नशा विरोधी दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में जागरूकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित: पंचम हॉस्पिटल ने लोगों को नशे के दुष्प्रभाव से करवाया अवगत

Mohali, June 25, 2023:-विश्व नशा विरोधी दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में पंचम मनोरोग हॉस्पिटल की तरफ से जागरूकता कार्यक्रम और उपस्थित लोगों और जरूरतमंद लोगों के लिए लँगर भी लगाया गया।  जागरूकता कार्यक्रम के दौरान लोगों को न केवल नशे से समाज और परिवार को होने नशे नुकसान बल्कि इसके दुष्प्रभाव से अवगत करवाया गया। इसके साथ ही नशे को समाज से जड़ स्तर पर ही खत्म करने के लिए सामुहिक स्तर मुहिम छेड़ने की भी अपील की गई।

पंचम मनोरोग हॉस्पिटल के मनोचिकित्सक डॉ.अभिषेक नागाकुमार ने 26 जून को "विश्व नशा विरोधी दिवस" के अंतर्गत उपस्थित लोगों को " नशे के खिलाफ लड़ने", नशे से आर्थिक- सामाजिक स्तर पर समाज पर पड़ने वाला बोझ, शारीरिक, व्यक्तिगत और सामाजिक जीवन पर प्रभाव सहित अन्य मुद्दों पर प्रकाश डाला। उन्होंने कहा कि नशे की लत एक्सपेरिमेंटशन या प्रेशर से शुरू होती है। नशा लेने की इच्छा, नशे की मात्रा में वृद्धि नुकसानदायक है।  उपरोक्त बातों को ध्यान में रखते हुए, यथाशीघ्र चिकित्सक से संपर्क करना आवश्यक है।  नशे की आदत से क्राइम रेट और सुसाइड रेट में वृद्धि  देखने को मिलती है।  उन्होंने कहा कि पंचम मनोरोग अस्पताल में इन पेशेंट और आउट पेशेंट दोनों के लिए ही नशे से इलाज की सेवा उपलब्ध है। रोगी की पहचान को गोपनीय रखा जाता है। हमें चाहिए कि किसी विशेषज्ञ की मदद से नशे की लत को खत्म करें।  थोड़ी सी दिशा बदल दो, आपके किनारे और दुनिया बदल जायेगी। 

 डा.अभिषेक नागाकुमार ने आगे संबोधित करते बताया कि नशे से केवल आर्थिक तौर पर ही नहीं बल्कि शारीरिक और सामाजिक तौर पर भी बुरा प्रभाव पड़ता है । ऐसे में मां - बाप को चाहिए कि वे बच्चों के जेब खर्च से लेकर उनकी सोसायटी पर भी पूरी तरह नजर रखें । डा . अभिषेक नागाकुमार ने कहा कि आज के दौर में जहां नशे का प्रभाव बढ़ रहा है , वहीं नशा छुड़ाने की दवाएं भी लाभदायक साबित हो रही है । छोटे बच्चों से लेकर महिलाएं और बुजुर्ग पंचम मनोरोग हॉस्पिटल से अपना इलाज करवा रहे है । इस हॉस्पिटल की ओर से नीले कार्ड धारक मरीजों की मुफ्त रजिस्ट्रेशन के साथ मुफ्त टेस्ट किए जाते है । जबकि बाकी अस्पतालों के मुताबिक इस अस्पताल में बहुत कम दरों पर इलाज किया जाता है ।

 मैनेजर मनमोहन शर्मा ने कहा कि मनोविज्ञानक इलाज के दौरान मरीज को नशीले पदार्थों से दूर रहने के लिए जागरूक किया जाता है और इलाज कराने वाले मरीजों का नाम पता भी गुप्त रखा जाता है ।

  वहीं डॉ. जगदीश सिंह  ने इस अवसर पर कहा कि नशीली दवाओं की लत समाज के लिए एक बोझ है। एक विशेषज्ञ मनोचिकित्सक द्वारा उचित उपचार आवश्यक है। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि अपने स्तर पर ही इलाज नही करना चाहिए। आई डर्मा (त्वचा विज्ञान और नेत्र रोग विज्ञान) ड्रग एडिक्शन के खिलाफ खड़ा है।

या मंजीत कौर.  सीडर्मेटोलॉजिस्ट, टीडीआई सिटी) ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि यह लत साइकोलॉजिकल और शारीरिक समस्या है। हमें अपने बच्चों, उनके खर्चों और किसी भी अन्य व्यक्ति द्वारा नशीली दवाओं की तलाश पर नज़र रखें। युवाओं को एडिक्शन और इसके दुष्प्रभावों के बारे में शिक्षित करें।  टीडीआई सिटी में आई डर्मा क्लीनिक हमेशा ही नशे के खिलाफ खड़ा है।
