Two Blood Donation Camps organized by Vishvas Foundation on the Birth Anniversary of Sant Kabirdas

Chandigarh June 24, 2021:- On the occasion of birth anniversary of Sant Kabirdas ji and to meet the shortage of blood in the hospitals of Tricity, Vishvas Foundation organized two blood donation camps on Thursday. A camp was organized in Mobile Market Sector 22B Chandigarh. Shri Subhash Narang, President Traders Welfare Association Sector 22 B Chandigarh also cooperated in making this camp a success. The second camp was organized in Inner Market Sector-16 Panchkula. Indian Red Cross Society Punjab State Branch, Chandigarh and Indian Red Cross Society District Branch Panchkula played an important role in both these camps. Special care was taken in the camps for social distancing, masks and sanitization. 59 blood donors donated blood to save the lives of others.

General Secretary of Vishvas Foundation, Sadhvi Neelima Vishvas informed that the team of Rotary and Blood Bank Society Resource Center Sector 37 Chandigarh collected blood under the supervision of Dr. Roli Agarwal in the blood donation camp organized in Chandigarh. In the blood donation camp organized in Panchkula, the team of AM Care Blood Bank Zirakpur collected blood under the leadership of Dr. Karthik Agarwal. All the blood donors who came to these blood donation camps were encouraged by giving appreciation letters, masks, soaps, souvenirs, sanitizers and gifts. On this occasion Shyamsunder Sahni, Savita Sahni, Mulkhraj Manocha, Avinash Sharma, Varsha Sharma, Sadhvi Preeti Vishvas, Madhu Khanna, Rakesh Kumari Sehgal, Shatrughan Kumar, Neeraj Yadav, Vishal Kunwar doctors of Blood Bank and other dignitaries were also present on this occasion.
