Chandigarh Jan. 23, 2021:- The All Contractual Karamchari Sangh appealed to all Outsourcing Workers to caste vote in favour of "Rail Engine Panel" to mark victory. The Karamchari sangh requested and convinced the Panel to support and fulfilment of the demands of the outsourcing workmen of the various sections working in the CTU after their success and victory in Elections.
In consultation with the Rail Engine Panel of the of CTU, these demands were agreed such as to ensure the Regularization of employees under the Punjab policy, to reinstate data entry operators through SPIC agency, earning weekly rest , Outsourcing workers to get annual 15 holidays under the provision of GeM portal system, equal work equal pay, increase in DC rate for the year 20-21 ,registration of SPIC agency in GeM portal, to engage through CTU society, Outsourcing workers to get uniform, salary, EPF and ESI facility on time etc.
Bipin Sher Singh, Chairman, All Contractual Karamchari Sangh Employee, Chairman, Ashok Kumar, President, Gurcharan Singh, Publicity Secretary and Gurpreet Singh, Cashier appealed to all the outsourcing workers of CTU to vote conscientiously to make their just and constitutional demands in tomorrow election for the support made on these demands by contesting candidates Dharmendra Singh Rahi, Charanjit Singh Dhindsa, Satinder Singh, Tejbir Singh etc. from "Rail Engine Panel" for their fulfillment after their victory in elections.
